PLEASE NOTE:

Applications are processed according to the date they are received in the Nebraska Board of Pardons Office.

Applications will be scheduled on the next available open docket for considerations.

Dockets can close at any time, for assurance that your application will be scheduled for the next consideration meeting the application must be received at least four (4) weeks prior to the meeting.  Applications received after the four week deadline may be scheduled for a future consideration meeting.
